I am a technical support specialist with a strong interest in exploring, experimenting, and solving real-world system issues. I currently work at Arenhost as part of the hosting and server support team, handling client infrastructure and web service stability.

With 2+ years of experience, I have been responsible for managing Linux hosting servers, handling client tickets, troubleshooting website issues, and ensuring services remain stable and operational.

My focus is on problem solving, system maintenance, and troubleshooting rather than building from scratch. I also work with PHP (Laravel) and MySQL, while continuously improving my knowledge in networking and server infrastructure.
